    Sammanfattning : The existence of latent HIV-1 reservoir (LR) in all HIV-1 infected patients serves as a major obstacle to completely cure HIV-1 infection. However, up to now there is still no available assay that provides an accurate measurement of the reservoir size. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Regulation of gene expression in fruit flies : how does it start, and will it be remembered?

    Författare :Aman Zare; Per Stenberg; Yuri B. Schwartz; Åsa Rasmuson-Lestander; Guillaume Filion; Umeå universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Drosophila; epigenetics; transcription; gene regulation; transcription maintenance; CBP; polymerase pausing; Polycomb group proteins; transgenerational inheritance of transcriptional response; gut microbiome; molekylärbiologi; Molecular Biology;

    Sammanfattning : One of the most distinctive features of eukaryotic chromosomes is the bundling of DNA together with functionally associated RNA and proteins in chromatin. This allows huge amounts of DNA to be packed inside the very tiny space of the nucleus, and alterations in the structure of chromatin enable access to the DNA for transcription (“reading” genes by production of RNA copies). 4. 4. Party Education as Mobilisation : Framing education in Swedish and Spanish political parties of the left

    Författare :Maria Arriaza Hult; Henrik Nordvall; Robert Aman; Jorun M Stenøien; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Collective identities; Framing perspective; Left parties; Mobilisation; Party education; Inramningsperspektiv; Kollektiva identiteter; Mobilisering; Partiutbildning; vänsterpartier;

    Sammanfattning : This dissertation aims to contribute knowledge of how five movement-related left parties in Sweden and Spain formulate education for their members. By analysing (i) the Swedish Social Democratic Workers’ Party, (ii) the Swedish Left Party, (iii) the Spanish Social Democratic Workers’ Party, (iv) the Spanish United Left and (v) the Spanish Podemos, the study interprets how organised educational activities are formulated and motivated with the aim to instigate member engagement.
