    Sammanfattning : In frozen ground, climatic changes and thermal disturbance might cause thawing and degradation of ground previously frozen. Foundations built on frozen ground might be destroyed in a matter of a few seasons. These problems are mostly pronounced in permafrost regions, but also exist in regions with more moderate climates.     Sammanfattning : As a means of creating dispersed multiphase oxide structures, high-energy milling has been used for pre-treating alumina-yttria powder mixtures before pressing and sintering. Processing was performed in a planetary ball mill with steel or alumina milling tools and measured effects of the treatment have served as data for a modeling study. LÄS MER
