    Sammanfattning : Tendinopathies are painful tendon conditions of presumably multifactorial genesis. In tendinosis, as in Achilles tendinosis, there is apart from pain also morphological changes which are described as degenerative with no signs of inflammation. Between 20-40% of all visits to the primal care in Sweden are coupled to pain from the musculoskeletal system.
