1. Substrate specificity of protein kinases studied with synthetic peptides
Sammanfattning : This thesis concentrates on the substrate specificities of protein kinases A and C (PKA, PKC). Synthetic peptides are used for that purpose, both in soluble and cellulose membrane-bound form.
