    Sammanfattning : Föreliggande arbetes övergripande syfte är att visa på faktorer/begrepp viktiga för en motiverande grundskolemiljö med fokus på klassrummet då analysen baseras på läroplansmålsättningar. Mer differentierade och explicit uttryckta syften för detta arbete utgörs inledningsvis av att dels undersöka hur elever och skolledare uppfattar att skolan uppnått målen i läroplan för det obligatoriska skolväsendet (Utbildningsdepartementet, 1994), dels att utifrån Lpo 94 identifiera och analysera viktiga begrepp i skolmiljön och sedan granska dessa i en sambandsanalys.     Sammanfattning : The prime purpose of the work in hand is to present factors/concepts important in generating a motivating environment in our compulsory school system, with a focus on the classroom, the analysis being based on the goals stated in the national curriculum. Expressed in greater and more explicit detail, the purpose of this study was initially to a)investigate how pupils and school principals perceive that schools have achieved the goals of the curriculum for the compulsory school system (Swedish Ministry of Education, 1994), and b), with reference to Lpo 94 identify and analyse important concepts in the school environment and then study these in a correlation analysis.     Sammanfattning : A main purpose of this thesis was to develop a model of leadership style named Generative Learning Management (GLM), thought to influence goal-oriented interpersonal creativity in organizations, and to test this model. Creativity is a complex consisting of both novelty and usefulness and it is a general mental ability that is determined by the interplay between different regions in a normally functioning human brain.
