  1. 1. Designing workstations for human–industrial robot collaboration : Development and application of simulation software

    Författare :Fredrik Ore; Magnus Wiktorsson; Yvonne Eriksson; Lars Hanson; Cecilia Berlin; Mälardalens högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Innovation and Design; innovation och design;

    Sammanfattning : Human-industrial robot collaboration (HIRC) creates an opportunity for an ideal combination of human senses and industrial robot efficiency. The strength, endurance and accuracy of industrial robots can be combined with human intelligence and flexibility to create workstations with increased productivity, quality and reduced ergonomic load compared with traditional manual workstations. 2. 2. Geometallurgy of a complex ore : Lappberget Zn-Pb-Ag-(Cu-Au) deposit, Garpenberg mine, Sweden

    Författare :Glacialle Tiu; Christina Wanhainen; Yousef Ghorbani; Nils Jansson; Jens Gutzmer; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Ore Geology; Malmgeologi;

    Sammanfattning : Complex ores, in this instance, a polymetallic base metal ore with additional precious and penalty elements, pose particularly tough challenges for successful production forecasts. Plant performance and recoveries for complex ores are more difficult to predict due to the larger number of variables that must be considered, tracked, and characterized during the multi-stage separation process. 3. 3. Some aspects of hydrogen reduction of iron ore

    Författare :Oscar Hessling; Pär Jönsson; Du Sichen; Niklas Kojola; Henrik Saxén; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; hydrogen; reduction; iron ore; mechanisms; microstructure; Materials Science and Engineering; Teknisk materialvetenskap;

    Sammanfattning : Fines of hematite and magnetite were studied in the fluidized bed using a pure hydrogen atmosphere in the temperature range of 768 to 888 K. Hematite pellets were studied based on Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) experiments using hydrogen atmospheres containing 0–15 % pH2O, in the temperature range of 873 to 1173 K. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Effects of loading mechanisms and texture on ore breakage – A multidimensional study

    Författare :Parisa Semsari Parapari; Magnus Evertsson; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Breakage mechanism; Loading mechanism; Ore texture; Liberation; Comminution; Mineralteknik; Mineral Processing;

    Sammanfattning :  In comminution machines, the product properties (particle size distribution, mineral liberation characteristics) and process consumables (energy for size reduction, wear) are affected by various parameters. On the one hand, understanding and optimizing these parameters can provide an energy efficient process and a specified product. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Mineralogical, chemical and textural characterisation of the Malmberget iron ore deposit for a geometallurgical model

    Författare :Cecilia Lund; Terje Malvik; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Malmgeologi; Ore Geology;

    Sammanfattning : The northern Norrbotten ore province is an intensely mineralised area and has traditionally been a very important mining district. It contains Fe, Cu-Au, Au, and Ag deposits ranging from world-class ore deposits to small and uneconomic ones (Martinsson 2004). The most important are the Kiruna and Malmberget iron ores and the Aitik Cu-Au deposit. LÄS MER
