    Sammanfattning : In the eld of particle systems and growths models simulation is an important tool. When explicit calculations are too complex or impossible to perform we may use simulations instead. We adapt a new technique here denoted omniparametric simulation, to the two-type Richardson, Ising and Potts models. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Slender piles reduce detrimental vibrations during installation. In order to preserve a high bearing capacity, the pile tip can be enlarged after installation.     Sammanfattning : The main objective of this doctorial thesis was to investigate how thermally induced movements in the groundwater (natural convective flow) may influence the heat transport in borehole and surrounding bedrock in a groundwater filled borehole heat exchanger system. The purpose was also to determine if thermal response tests could be used to detect the convective influence and the effect on evaluated heat transfer parameters, effective bedrock thermal conductivity and borehole thermal resistance.
