    Sammanfattning : Information technology evidence consists of a mix of representations of various applications of digital electronic equipment, and can be brought to the fore in all contexts that result in legal decisions. The exact meaning of the term is, however, unclear, which is why the concept can be described as both vague and ambiguous.     Sammanfattning : The overall purpose of this thesis was to study the situation of such children in the legal process. In depth-interviews were carried out on ten children aged 8-18 years old.
