The two most commonly used measures of individual voting power in voting games are the Shapley-Shubik index and the Banzhaf-Coleman index. The aim of the first part of the work was the synthesis of poly(p-dioxanone) (PPDX) homopolymers with high molecular weights using the cyclic tin alkoxide initiator 1-di-n-butyl-1-stanna-2,5-dioxacyclopentane.
