   Sammanfattning : This study sets out to understand how international development projects supporting labor activism work in contemporary China. It focuses on the lived experiences of and relationships among a group of grassroots⁠ labor NGOs in the province of Guangdong, South China; intermediary NGOs in Hong Kong; and Western funding agencies that try to bring about social change in postsocialist China where the political climate is still highly restrictive and the limits of the state’s tolerance for activism are ambiguous and uncertain.    Sammanfattning : The aim of the present work is to describe the semantics and the discursive functions from a general cognitivist point of view of the usage of the Present Perfect in the spoken Spanish of Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. It is argued that cross-linguistic values often ascribed to perfect, such as continuity, current relevance and recency to the speech time –ST– do not offer a consistent view of the actual usage.    Sammanfattning : This thesis examines the attribution of criminal responsibility for the crime of aggression in international criminal law. Prosecuting aggression is predicated by the so-called leadership clause—an individual can be held responsible only if he or she meets the requirement of being in a position of control over or to direct state action.
