    Sammanfattning : To study the functions of glycoconjugates in biological systems reliable and efficient protocols for glycoconjugate synthesis are needed. To reach this goal we have developed methods for solid-phase synthesis of glycoconjugates that can be monitored with gel-phase 19F spectroscopy using fluorinated linkers, building blocks, and protecting groups.     Sammanfattning : Kraft pulping is the dominant process currently used to produce chemical pulps, and has been applied for more than 130 years. A large number of studies have been conducted to gain a better understanding of the delignification kinetics as well as the reactions of the wood components being dissolved during the cooking process.
