    Nyckelord :managerial skills; professional expertise in banking; management skills; leadership; tacit knowledge; follow the rules; break the rules; regulations; decisions; accommodate uncertainty; homosocial structures; chefers yrkeskunnande; yrkeskunnande i bank; ledarförmåga; ledarskap; tyst kunskap; följa regler; bryta regler; regler; beslutsfattande; härbärgera osäkerhet; homosociala strukturer;

    Sammanfattning : What do executives do, and how do their actions impact on the company’s results? Questions such as these are constantly targeted in leadership research. Despite thousands of reports in the field, there is no consensus on what the concept of leadership entails. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Uncertainty modeling for load flow and hosting capacity analysis of urban electricity distribution systems

    Författare :Umar Hanif Ramadhani; Joakim Widén; Joakim Munkhammar; Bri-Mathias Hodge; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Uncertainty model; Photovoltaics; Electric vehicle; Residential buildings; Hosting capacity; Probabilistic load flow; Electricity distribution systems; Urban Energy Systems; Engineering Science with specialization in Civil Engineering and Built Environment; Teknisk fysik med inriktning mot byggteknik och byggd miljö;

    Sammanfattning : Urban demographics are changing, with more than half of the global population currently residing in urban areas. Traditionally, cities are often seen as passive energy consumers relying on external centralized systems. Motivated by the need to mitigate climate change, a shift is underway as cities actively shape energy systems. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Characterisation of terahertz integrated membrane circuits

    Författare :Johanna Hanning; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; waveguide width error; calibration; THz; membrane circuit; TRL; measurement uncertainty; single-flange 2-port; 220–325 GHz; cable flex; WR-03; VNA; S-parameter;

    Sammanfattning : In this thesis a novel measurement setup and thru-reflect-line (TRL) calibration kit for vector network analyser (VNA) measurements at 220 GHz to 325 GHz (WR-03) is presented. Measurements on passive membrane circuit devices under test (DUTs) show improvement in the S-parameters compared to a waveguide integrated membrane circuit setup in previous work, especially in reducing the ripples and increasing repeatability of the measurements. 4. 4. Baltic Sea food web dynamics and response to environmental change

    Författare :Susa Niiranen; Thorsten Blenckner; Olle Hjerne; Magnus Huss; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; food web; modelling; Ecopath with Ecosim; model uncertainty; Marine Ecology; marin ekologi;

    Sammanfattning : The Baltic Sea ecosystem is subject to a combination of external pressures such as fishery, changing climate and land-based nutrient inputs. In combination with internal food web mechanisms these external forces can lead to changes in the food web structure and function. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Evaluation and variability of power grid hosting capacity for electric vehicles : Case studies of residential areas in Sweden

    Författare :Maria Sandström; Erik Dotzauer; Chris Bales; Pei Huang; Björn Laumert; Högskolan i Gävle; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Hosting capacity HC ; Power grid; Electric vehicle EV ; Charging strategies; Power flow simulations; Uncertainty analysis; Hållbar stadsutveckling; Sustainable Urban Development; inget Strategiskt forskningsområde SFO ; no Strategic Research Area SFO ;

    Sammanfattning : Electric vehicles (EVs) are increasing in popularity and play an important role in decarbonizing the transport sector. However, a growing EV fleet can cause problems for power grids as the grids are not initially designed for EV charging. The potential of a power grid to accommodate EV loads can be assessed through hosting capacity (HC) analysis. LÄS MER
