    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to gain more in-depth knowledge into what Swedish upper secondary school students perceive they learn, and the factors that students perceive affect learning, when they start and run mini-companies within the Junior Achievement Company Program.  The data is comprised of interviews with eleven students each of whom ran a mini-company with other students. Manufacturing companies that were traditionally perceived as product-centered, are today increasingly influenced by a service-oriented theory, which claims that manufacturing companies are driven to shift their business focus towards a strategy where customer-perceived value is in the spotlight, and where products are bundled with services to offer Product-Service Systems (PSS).     Sammanfattning : The present study is a retrospective investigation of the researcher’s pedagogic and psychological praxis in Municipal Adult Education in Sweden. At the time, the adult education unit in question had an outreaching project at Samhall, a state-owned company producing goods and services with an assignment from the government to provide meaningful work to employees with disabilities.     Sammanfattning : In the context of mining, drilling is the process of making holes in the face and walls of underground mine rooms, to prepare those rooms for the subsequent operation, which is the charging process.
