    Sammanfattning : Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in men in developed countries. Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is the mainstay treatment for patient diagnosed with PCa. However, the cancer will eventually relapse with metastatic cancer and become resistant to the treatment.
