Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to explore how the relation between gender and humour is maintained and challenged in the Swedish TV show Parlamentet. Using an interactional approach based on Judith Baxter’s theoretical framework for feminist post-structuralist discourse analysis, the study focuses on how communicative strategies are used in negotiating for the ideal position of “the successful comedian”. 2. DNA repair pathways and the effect of radiotherapy in breast cancer
Sammanfattning : A large proportion of breast cancer patients are treated with radiotherapy. Ionising radiation induces different DNA damages, of which double-strand breaks are the most severe. They are mainly repaired by homologous recombination or non-homologous end-joining. Different protein complexes have central roles in these repair processes. LÄS MER
