    Sammanfattning : Complex health systems make it difficult to ensure a continuity of care for older persons with multi-morbidity, and risk fragmented care.     Sammanfattning : This thesis presents a theoretical discussion of meaning creation in general, and interpretive functions of English adjectives in particular.
