  1. 1. Equilibrium and Kinetic Studies of the Binding of DNA to Cationic Liposomes

    Författare :Paula Barreleiro; Fysikalisk kemi; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Small-Angle Neutron Scattering; Fluorescence; Kinetics; Stopped-Flow; Differential Scanning Calorimetry; Titration Calorimetry; Gel-to-Liquid Crystalline Phase Transition; Lamellar phase; Lipolexes; DNA; Liposomes; Cryo-TEM; Physical chemistry; Fysikalisk kemi;

    Sammanfattning : The objective of this work was to study the formation of DNA-cationic vesicle complexes (lipoplexes). These complexes are interesting not only from a fundamental point of view but also as promising candidates for gene therapy. The approach taken was to study first the cationic vesicles by themselves.
