  1. 1. Energy Analysis of the Closed Greenhouse Concept Towards a Sustainable Energy Pathway

    Detta är en avhandling från Stockholm : KTH Royal Institute of Technology

    Författare :Amir Vadiee; KTH.; [2011]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; thermal energy storage; closed greenhouse; energy analysis; energy management; SRA - Energy; SRA - Energi;

    Sammanfattning : The closed greenhouse is an innovative concept in sustainable energy management. The closed greenhouse can be considered as a large commercial solar building. In principle, it is designed to maximize the utilization of solar energy through seasonal storage. In a fully closed greenhouse, there are not any ventilation windows. LÄS MER

  2. 2. National Energy System Modelling for Supporting Energy and Climate Policy Decision-making: The Case of Sweden

    Detta är en avhandling från Chalmers University of Technology

    Författare :Anna Krook-Riekkola; Chalmers tekniska högskola.; Chalmers University of Technology.; [2015]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Energiteknik; Energy Engineering; TIMES-Sweden; energy system models; energy-economics; system analysis; cross-border trade; CHP; district heating; ancillary benefits; climate policy; soft-linking.;

    Sammanfattning : Energy system models can contribute in evaluating impacts of energy and climate policies. The process of working with energy system models assists the understanding of the quantita¬tive relationships between different parts of the energy system and between different time periods, under various assumptions. Sammanfattning : Popular Abstract in Swedish Avhandlingen är en studie av hur energianvändning och luftföroreningar i Polen, Estland, Lettland och Litauen har förändrats under övergången till marknadsekonomi efter 1989. Avhandlingen består av sex artiklar, vilka behandlar tre aspekter av dessa förändringar. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Dynamics of Energy Systems - Methods of analysing technology change

    Detta är en avhandling från Environmental and Energy Systems Studies, Lund university

    Författare :Lena Neij; Lunds universitet.; Lund University.; [1999]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Energy research; evaluation; market transformation; PV modules; wind power; experience curves; air-distribution; lighting; vintage models; sustainable energy; renewable energy; energy efficiency; Energy; energy system; Energiforskning; Environmental technology; pollution control; Miljöteknik; kontroll av utsläpp;

    Sammanfattning : Technology change will have a central role in achieving a sustainable energy system. This calls for methods of analysing the dynamics of energy systems in view of technology change and policy instruments for effecting and accelerating technology change. In this thesis, such methods have been developed, applied, and assessed. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Low-energy buildings energy use, indoor climate and market diffusion

    Detta är en avhandling från Stockholm : KTH Royal Institute of Technology

    Författare :Johannes Persson; KTH.; [2014]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; building energy simulations; energy efficiency gap; energy use; indoor climate; low-energy buildings;

    Sammanfattning : Low-energy buildings have, in recent years, gained attention and moved towards a large-scale introduction in the residential sector. During this process, national and international criteria for energy use in buildings have become stricter and the European Union has through the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive imposed on member states to adapt their building regulations for ‘Nearly Zero Energy Buildings’, which by 2021 should be standard for new buildings.
