    Sammanfattning : This doctoral dissertation analyses the constitutional limitations on application of supranational law (in particular EU- and EEA-law) in German, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian law. The analysis focuses on how constitutional limitations in national law concerning application of supranational law are relevant regarding the allocation of powers between national and supranational authorities, separation/division of powers within national law, protection of fundamental rights and requirements of legality in national constitutional law.
