    Sammanfattning : This thesis considers the translation of Dutch and Flemish picture books into Swedish from 1995 to 2006. The main aim of the thesis is to study what meaning the notion translation takes on where picture books are concerned and how the translation practice for picture books is influenced by international co-productions.     Sammanfattning : Background: A majority of the three million children in Africa that do not survive their fifth birthday die from infections that often start as a seemingly uncomplicated febrile illness. Primary health care workers frequently encounter febrile children with a negative malaria rapid diagnostic test (mRDT), in particular in places like Zanzibar with a considerable decline in malaria prevalence.     Sammanfattning : The present study presents an account of the use of past tense forms in the narratives of five-year-old French-speaking children following a French school curriculum in Stockholm.The study is based on five longitudinal corpora, each of which contains from six to twelve adult-child interactions recorded over a period of six months.     Sammanfattning : One important aim of the Swedish Action Programme for Nutrition is to increase the consumption of dietary fibre and decrease fat intake.
