    Sammanfattning : This thesis presents results from large scale Monte Carlo simulations of systems subject to a superfluid phase transition in the presence of disorder.     Sammanfattning : Sequence-based models for protein folding are developed and tested on peptides with both alpha- and beta-structure, and on small three-helix-bundle proteins.
