    Sammanfattning : Choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) is the enzyme synthesizing the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Previous studies from our laboratory on the regulation of the cholinergic phenotype have suggested the presence of regulatory elements in the ChAT gene controlling accurate time- and cell-specific expression.
