Läraryrkets villkor relaterade till vårdlärarutbildningen
Sammanfattning: The main purpose of the study was to identify nurse teachers experiences of problematic and challenging pedagogical situations and professional readyness related to their teacher education. Data was collected through qualitative interviews with 15 nurse teachers, all of whom had a few years of teaching experience. The teacher education was valued by the nurse teachers, in relation to professional readyness as either very positive or very negative. Regardless of being positive or negative, the views dealt with the same phenomena, that is, conflicts, group processes, the attitudes of the teacher educators, personal growth and development, and feed-back.
